1. What is This Is For…?

This Is For… is a simple, physical reminder designed to be worn during moments that matter. It exists to help people stay grounded, focused, resilient, or connected to something meaningful in their lives.


2. What do the words mean?

The words are intentionally open-ended so you decide what they mean for you. Some people interpret them for focus, some for resilience, some for family or healing — and the meaning can change over time.


3. What are the wristbands made from?

Our bands are made from durable, flexible silicone designed for everyday wear. They are water-resistant, comfortable and built to last.


4. How do I choose colours and sizes?

You can choose any combination of colours and sizes when selecting a pack. Some people choose colours that match different meanings, moments or moods. There is no right or wrong way to choose.


5. Why would I choose a 3-pack?

A 3-pack is ideal for intentional sharing or personal variety. It’s a common choice for keeping one for yourself and sharing one or two with close family or friends. Some people use different colours or sizes to represent different moments or meanings.


6. Why would I choose a 5-pack?

A 5-pack is best for gifting or wider sharing. Many customers choose this option if they know they will give multiple bands to loved ones, communities or groups over time.


7. Can I give these as gifts?

Yes. These wristbands are often gifted and carry meaning based on the intention behind giving them. The bands themselves do not require explanation. The meaning is personal to the moment and the person receiving it.


8. Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we ship only within Australia and New Zealand.


9. How does shipping work for Australia and New Zealand?

Standard shipping is fully covered for all orders within Australia and New Zealand. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within a few business days, though delivery times can vary by location. New Zealand deliveries generally take longer than Australian ones.

We do not currently offer express shipping. We may introduce additional options in the future.


10. Do you plan to change shipping or fulfilment in the future?

As the brand grows, we may explore third party fulfilment services in Australia and New Zealand. This would allow for faster delivery times, local returns handling and more efficient distribution. We will advise customers before any changes take effect.


11. What is your returns and replacements policy for wristbands?

This policy applies to wristbands only.

Under Australian Consumer Law, goods must meet basic consumer guarantees. If your wristband arrives faulty, significantly different from the description, unsafe or does not do what it is meant to do, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Because wristbands are personal wear items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If apparel or other products are released in the future, they will have their own returns policy.


12. How do I request a replacement?

If your wristband is faulty, incorrect, unsafe or does not match its description, email us with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer replacements for normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or issues that occur after delivery because the item has been used.

If a refund is provided, we will reimburse any reasonable return shipping costs you have incurred.


13. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


14. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within a few business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive confirmation once your order has been sent.


15. Is this a limited release?

Initial quantities are intentionally limited. Future restocks and colour options will depend on demand and availability.


16. Do you offer larger order sizes?

Yes. For groups, events, organisations or community initiatives, we offer larger quantities including 25, 50, 100 and larger volumes. Please contact us to discuss options and pricing.


17. Can I collaborate with This Is For…?
