Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident in what you choose.
If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them — unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Wristbands

Because wristbands are a personal-wear item:

  • They can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and in its original condition.

  • Once opened, they can’t be returned unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Wristband sizes are listed on each product page. We recommend measuring your wrist before ordering to find the best fit.
Sizing guidance doesn’t replace or override our return eligibility conditions.

Apparel

Apparel can be returned if it’s unworn, unused, and sent back with original tags and packaging.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please arrange your own return postage when sending items back. Include your order number or receipt inside the package so we can identify it quickly.
Items sent back without first requesting a return can’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If something is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Wristbands with opened packaging (unless faulty)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch before sending it back.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, return the original (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
