Welcome to This Is For… (the “Services”).
“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to This Is For.
We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a considered, curated shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

To use the Services, including browsing our store or making a purchase, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
At this stage, This Is For sells silicone wristbands only.
We take care to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen, and settings.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We may discontinue products or limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case by case basis.
If additional products are released in the future, including apparel or accessories, the product details and returns settings for those items will be outlined at the time of release.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. This Is For reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Your order is not accepted until This Is For confirms acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before acceptance occurs. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted.
If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
All purchases are subject to our Returns and Replacements Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are listed in Australian dollars.
We currently cover standard shipping costs for orders within Australia and New Zealand. We may change shipping arrangements in the future, but any changes will be communicated clearly before they take effect.
Prices shown in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores or third party platforms. Promotions may be governed by separate terms. If there is a conflict, the promotion terms will apply.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update details such as your email address and payment information so we can complete transactions and contact you if needed.
You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, that charges will be honoured by your payment provider, and that you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand only.
Standard shipping costs for these orders are fully covered by This Is For.
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within a few business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. New Zealand orders will take longer to arrive than Australian orders.
We do not currently offer express shipping. We may introduce additional shipping options in the future.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
We take care to package orders securely. Once products are transferred to the courier, they are considered in transit. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with your order details and clear photos so we can assist.
For New Zealand orders, any customs duties or import taxes imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and their design and arrangement, are owned by This Is For, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or rights to our intellectual property, Shopify’s intellectual property, or that of any third party, except as expressly stated. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be given access to third party tools as part of the Services. We do not control, monitor, or have input into these tools.
These tools are provided as is and as available, without warranties, representations, or endorsements of any kind. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third party tools.
Your use of optional tools is at your own risk. You should review and approve the terms of any third party provider before using their tools.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may include links to third party websites or embedded third party functionality. We are not responsible for evaluating the content or accuracy of third party materials.
If you choose to access third party websites, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to third party content, products, or services.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
This Is For is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Any purchases made through our store are made directly with This Is For, not Shopify.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and This Is For, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from those transactions.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Some information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (Feedback), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback for any purpose.
We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, provide compensation, or respond to submissions.

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders at any time without prior notice.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort including negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services or any products obtained through the Services.
We are not liable for any errors or omissions, or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the Services or any content or products made available through them, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful under Australian Consumer Law.
