We aim to get your order to you as clearly and smoothly as possible.

Launch note: As this is our first release, please allow a little extra time for processing and dispatch. We appreciate your patience and support.

Shipping locations

We currently offer standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand only.
Shipping costs for these orders are fully covered by This Is For.

At this stage, we do not offer express shipping options. Additional shipping options may be introduced in the future.

New Zealand Orders

We currently offer free tracked shipping to New Zealand on 3-Pack and 5-Pack wristband bundles only.

Single wristbands are not available for individual purchase in New Zealand at this time.

Processing time

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier availability.
New Zealand orders will take longer to arrive than Australian orders.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and may be affected by factors outside our control, including peak periods, public holidays, or courier delays.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside Australia and New Zealand.

Customs, duties and taxes (New Zealand)

For New Zealand orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Liability in transit

We take care to package orders securely. Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is considered in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us with your order details and photos where applicable so we can assist.

Consumer guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product fails to meet consumer guarantees, such as being faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy. This may include a replacement or refund, and reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
